Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian Male, Brown hair, Hazel eyes, James has previously fractured his upper left arm and the right side of his collarbone, he has a horizontal scar on his left eyebrow and a skin discoloration on his left knee

Clothing/Jewelry Description: A light brown zip up jacket, a tan v-neck sweater, a white button down oxford shirt, white slacks, and brown suede loafers


Details of Disappearance

James was last seen in Cherry Hill, New Jersey on October 12th 1981. He was last seen driving his family’s car to go pick up his brother at approximately 2:30 pm. He was discovered as missing at 4:00 pm when his brother called home and said he had not been picked up.

Investigators believe that James might of left on his own accord. He was carrying $1100 in cash at the time of his disappearance. The car he was driving was found locked and abandoned in Lot D at the Philadelphia airport in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He might have been sighted in San Francisco, California in 1983 but the sighting is unconfirmed.

His disappearance remains unsolved and he’s considered missing under unknown circumstances.
