Details of Disappearance
Issac was last seen in Los Angeles, California on October 23rd 1991. He was last seen at approximately 1:30 pm as he left his family’s residence to sell corn at a street market near Harrison Street School. He never arrived at the market and never returned home. He has not been seen or heard from since his disappearance.
Very little information is available about his disappearance and his case has since been closed by investigators. His disappearance remains unsolved.
