Details of Disappearance
Lisa was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Melissa Smith, from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on August 2nd 1992. A felony warrant for custodial interference was issued against Smith on August 4th, two days after Lisa’s kidnapping. It’s unclear as to whether the warrant remains active today.
Melissa was born on May 26th 1971, making her 21 years old at the time of her daughters abduction. She has brown hair and brown eyes. Lisa has never been located and her case remains unsolved. Lisa’s case was removed from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children after contact with the searching party was lost.
Lisa’s abduction remains unsolved and she still remains missing despite her case being closed. Her current whereabouts and the whereabouts of her mother remain unclear.
