Details of Disappearance
Dominic was last seen at Ocean Beach, California on June 28th 1998. He was last seen swimming in the surf when he disappeared. He has never been seen or heard from since. Dominic is presumed to have drowned. His body has never been found and his disappearance remains unsolved.
