Details of Disappearance

Carlota was last seen in Taholah, Washington on August 30th 1979. She was last seen on the Quinault Indian Reservation. She ran away from the area with her cousin, Elsie Luscier. The two girls have never been seen or heard from since 1979. They might be in the Seattle area of Washington or in Arizona. The cases remain unsolved.
