Teodoro was allegedly abducted by his non custodial mother from Rockingham County, Virginia on September 25th 1991. Photographs and vital statistics are unavailable for his mother. They are both assumed to have left the United States. Very little information is available on Teodoro’s case but his whereabouts remain a mystery and his case has since been closed.
