Details of Disappearance
Charles was last seen in Ravenna, Ohio on July 14th 1983. He was last seen at a trailer park as he completed his newspapers route. Two witnesses in the area told investigators that they had seen Charles talking to an unidentified white male in a blue compact car. He has never been seen again and his disappearance remains unsolved.
