Clothing/Jewelry Description: A blue/brown knit hat, a dark green corduroy coat, green fatigue pants, and blue sneakers


Details of Disappearance

Dean was last seen in Oswego, New York on November 19th 1976. He left his parents home located on East 6th Street at 6:00 pm to go for a walk. He never returned home and was never seen or heard from again.

Investigators believe that Dean might have attempted to go to his older brothers home in Schwenksville, Pennsylvania after his disappearance. There were unconfirmed sightings of him in Pennsylvania after he vanished. He was suffering from depression and memory loss at the time. He was quoted as being in a “confused state of mind” and was under the care of a doctor at the time.

Dean has traveled to other states before but always contacted his loved ones. At the time of his disappearance, he was class president at Bishop Cunningham High School. He had enrolled at the State University of New York but he dropped put later on. His disappearance remains unsolved.
