Details of Disappearance

Jamie was last seen in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on October 4th 1986. He was playing with his 5 year old cousin at a family birthday party on McKnight Street. They were playing on a retaining wall which was about 12 feet above Chartier’s creek. The creek was swollen with rain and was about 6 feet higher then usual. Jamie fell off of the wall and into the creek. He disappeared despite various people trying to rescue him.

Investigators believe that Jamie drowned but his body was never recovered. After his disappearance, a report indicated that Jamie was alive and living somewhere in New Jersey. His mother hopes that he is alive.

At the time of his disappearance, Jamie lived with both of his parents in the 50 block of Woodville Avenue. His disappearance remains unsolved.
