Details of Disappearance

Shannon Ketron was allegedly abducted while driving with his mother, Ann Ketron, on June 17th 1982 in Cordell, Oklahoma. She would go on to stated that she pulled over on along a dirt road on the side of Route 183 so that she could retrieve something.

An unidentified male stopped next to her and asked if she needed assistance and if everything was okay. Ann assured him that everything was fine and that she was in no need of assistance. She said the man told her she looked like his ex-wife and proceeded to knock her out. When she woke up, the man was gone and Shannon was missing. She also noticed that a green duffel bag was also missing.

The man was described as standing at 5 feet 10 inches and was approximately 175 pounds in 1982. He had a dark complexion and was driving a green late model GMC truck.
