Distinguishing Characteristics: African American Male, Black hair, Brown eyes, Charlie has a birthmark on his right cheek, he may use the nicknames “Charlie” or “little Charlie”

Clothing/Jewelry Description: A black jacket, maroon pants, and a pair of sneakers

Details of Disappearance

Charles was last seen in Nashville, Tennessee on December 31st 1981. He was last seen leaving his girlfriends residence in the 300 block of 37th Avenue north.

Charlie went to the residence to see her at approximately 3:00 pm and he left at 5:00 pm to walk home after she broke up with him. When she asked where he was going, he stated that it was none of her concern and simply left. He has never been seen since.

Charlie is not believed to have runaway. His family stated he wasn’t the kind of person to do such a thing and left all of his belongings behind, including his cherished bicycle and his tape player.

Authorities suspect that Charlie was abducted by a non family member. His case remains unsolved.
